Our pouching lines are where the finished rolls of flexible packaging material are converted into ready-to-use pouches. This process transforms the flat, printed film into the final package format required by our clients.

Creating Different Pouch Styles : We can produce a variety of common pouch formats to suit different products and filling machines, including 3-side seal pouches and centre-seal pouches. The focus of this process is on seal integrity. We use controlled heat and pressure to create strong, consistent seals that protect the contents, prevent leaks, and maintain product freshness.

Adding Functional Features : To improve convenience for the end-user, we can incorporate a range of functional features into the pouches. This includes options like re-sealable zippers, which are ideal for multi-use products, or easy-pour spouts for liquids and granules. We work with clients to determine the most practical features for their specific product, whether it's for food items, pharmaceuticals, or other consumer goods.
