At Imperial Graphix, we design packaging for food and snacks that not only looks appealing but also keeps products fresh, safe, and market-ready. Snack items like biscuits, chips, namkeen, and dry fruits are highly sensitive to moisture, oxygen, and light—factors that can reduce crunch, flavour, and shelf life. To solve this, we use multi-layer laminates made from combinations of PET, BOPP, MET PET, CPP, and LD films. Each layer plays a role: PET provides strength and print clarity, MET PET adds barrier protection, and CPP or LD gives flexibility and heat-seal properties.

By carefully engineering these structures, we achieve the right balance between barrier performance, durability, and sealing strength. Our 8-color rotogravure printing ensures vibrant graphics that capture consumer attention, while finishes like matte, gloss, or metallic add shelf appeal. The result is packaging that is lightweight, cost-effective, and able to extend product shelf life while protecting flavour and aroma—making it ideal for India’s fast-moving snacks market.
